Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process of selecting essential items for your kit based on your activity, duration, number of people in your party and distance from further care. Whether you want to build your own first aid kit from scratch or modify a kit you already have, don’t miss this opportunity to take control of your safety and be prepared for whatever comes your way!
