June 16th, 2018

$25.00 per adult

$ free for children 12 and under (registration still required)

Why do the seasons change? How do moon phases happen? It all has to do with going round and round! Take part in hands-on activities that explain how our days get longer and shorter on the weekend before the summer solstice. Explore the circular orbit of the moon to see first-hand how our lunar phases work. Learn about some of the other fascinating celestial objects circling around in the Milky Way that pique our curiosity about our universe. End the night with telescope viewing of the wonders of the night sky.

(This class is designed for families with children ages 5 and up.)
