Rocky Mountain Conservancy and Rocky Mountain National Park are excited to announce that our Winter Speaker Series is back again for 2026, and we hope you’ll join us!
This year our series begins with a family-friendly presentation on cryptids (Bigfoot? Jackalopes?), which promises to be a lot of fun! Later talks include a look at what makes the architecture of the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center so special, and updates on critical ecological issues facing the park.
Sunday, March 22nd: From Dawn to Dusk: Conserving Bats in Rocky Mountain National Park, presented by Dr. Michelle Verant, wildlife veterinarian, National Park Service
Sunday, April 26th: details coming soon!
Each 1-hour presentation will begin at 2:00pm in the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center Auditorium, located at 1000 US-36 in Estes Park, CO.
Presentations are free and open to the public. Registration is appreciated and helps us ensure adequate seating, but is not required.
