Finance Director: Seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization. Primary responsibilities include: all banking, financial, general business, and accounting. The Finance Director prepares the annual budget, prepares financial reports, provides department and program managers with management reports, plans and manages cash flow, and provides coordination in the administrative, business planning, and operations efforts of the organization. Deputy Director: The Deputy Director is the second most senior position in the organization, reporting to the Executive Director. Primary responsibilities include: assisting in the development of, and establishment of long- and short-range strategic objectives, operating business plans, policies and budgets, as well as leadership of daily operations and programs staff. Serves as support staff for the Board of Directors and various Board Committees as well. Field Institute Educational Staff

Nature Stores Retail Staff
